Do you need my username and password?
No, absolutely not! We make use of service accounts and official APIs that are available on each of the platforms we support. You can terminate our access at any point by removing or revoking the access to our service account or the OAuth application connected to your social media channel.

Can you announce company news or milestones?
Yes, absolutely! As our customer you'll have access to a dedicated account manager to whom you can send your content ideas as well as any company news or milestones. We gladly turn your input into exciting content for any of your social media channels. We're used to doing this, and always encourage our customers to provide us with news and highlights from within the company.

Can I approve content before it's published?
Yes! We use advanced tooling that allows for any kind of approvals to be carried out before we publish your posts on social media. Whether you're waiting for the approval of the head of sales or the daughter of the CEO, we can adapt our scheduling workflow to meet specific approval requirements, and have successfully done so in the past.

How do you handle comments or replies that you can't answer? Some messages from customers, such as those containing order-specific questions, aren't directly solvable by us. But, just because we can't solve these questions, doesn't mean we can't handle these requests for you. In these cases, your dedicated account manager will contact you about the issue and then relay the information back to the customer.
